Does Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Really Work? My Comprehensive Investigation.
Burning fat fast if you’re overweight or have stubborn areas of fat is very hard to achieve and there is no sugarcoating just how difficult it is to do in a short timeframe. The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet by Joel Marion claims you can lose up to 25 pounds in 25 days if you follow the steps of his fat loss plan.
In this review we will investigate all you need to know about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.
What is the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet?
The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is a 25 day nutrition and workout system developed to help people lose weight and burn fat in the quickest way possible. It’s based on the premise of “strategic synergy”, which is basically a 5 day cycle that combines strategically timed workouts with strategic nutrient manipulation. According to Joel, when these methods are combined the bodies ability for fat loss is significantly enhanced.
Each day in the 5 day cycle has its own workout and nutrition guidelines and it’s the combination of these 5 days repeated 5 times (25 days total) that seemingly create optimal conditions in the body to burn fat fast.
Where did this system come from?
A lot of people are overwhelmed by the time commitment needed to lose weight. This system was developed to help people achieve results it the quickest way possible.
It was created by Joel Marion – a personal trainer and fitness expert, who was named in America’s top 50 personal trainers by Men’s Fitness Magazine. Joel says he has read 878 research papers on the bodies ability to burn fat, worked with over 750 clients and dedicated years of his life developing and perfecting the system.
However, he doesn’t claim it to be a “magic bullet” solution and in-fact advises people that, if they are not willing to do the necessary work for the 25 days to complete the program then it is not for them.
The real need for this system comes from what Joel refers to as the “fast fat loss, catch-22″.
In order to lose fat fast you need to create a large caloric deficit (burn many more calories than you eat). This is fine in principle, however the “catch-22″ arises because when you greatly reduce the amount of calories you intake your body fights back by effectively stunting your metabolism and your bodies ability to burn fat. This is a simple survival mechanism. You are making your body think there is no food available and in response it automatically preserves your fat cells to protect you from starvation.
According to Joel, calorie restriction simply doesn’t work for fast fat loss.
What are real people saying about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet?
One thing I think is reputable about Joel’s program is that he isn’t trying to hide the fact that you need to put effort into his system. In reality, you will need to work at it every day for the 25 day cycle. There are many fat loss programs out there that promise amazing results and all you need to do is pop a few pills or stick to some unattainable diet. This program is a breath of fresh air in that respect.

Things to watch out for with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.
This program requires significant effort and commitment to complete. If you have doubts about your willingness to commit to this system for the full 25 day cycle then it is probably not for you.
The diet component of the system is based on different food sources for each of the days in the 5 day cycle (repeated 5 times to complete the system) and although there is one cheat day where you can eat whatever you want one of the days requires you to only ingest shakes. If you don’t think you have the will power to only eat what is instructed in the program then you won’t get the desired results from this program.
What else should you know?
Most people that have tried dieting find that as soon as you go back to your old eating routine the weight piles back on very quickly.
Joel claims that with this system you end up coming out of it with an increased metabolism (rather than a depleted one with regular diets). This means that your body will have a better ability to burn fat than it did before you started the program and thus your progress won’t be lost as you work towards your goals.
The diet also appears to yield good results for people who are looking to lose fat from stubborn areas and who do not have large amounts of fat. Included in the system are secrets from end users, Vince and Flavia who both completed the system to blast fat from hard to reach places.
Does it really work?
The evidence suggests that if you follow the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet for the full 25 day cycle you will achieve significant fat loss. Whether you are looking to burn large amounts of fat or lose fat from those stubborn areas it is likely you’ll achieve results with this system. Based on these facts, we recommend giving it a try. Joel is so confident in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet that he offers a 60 day 100% money back guarantee so if you’re not satisfied you can get your money back.
Other reviews of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet
I am follwoing this program strictetly. Today (2nd Sept 2013) starts my 5th and last cycle out of 25 days program.
That means only 5 more days to go.
I started with 191 pounds weight and tracked at start of each new cycle. It was:
Cycle 1- 191 pounds
Cycle 2- 187 pounds (lost 4 pounds in 5 days)
Cycle 3- 186 pounds (lost only 1 pound in 5 days)
Cycle 4- 182 Pounds (lost 4 pounds in 5 days)
Cycle 5- 181 pounds (lost only 1 pound in 5 days)
That means, i lost 10 pounds in 20 days... and at that rate, i seem to be loosing only 12.5 pounds in entire program which is almost half the result claimed for this program.
Any comments or similar experience?
I have followed everything being mentioned except beef (in the recipies)...
I recently completed a 25 day cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I lost 16 pounds so I am pretty stoked. I was expecting to lose a bit more but I think I will repeat the cycle next month and see how I go. I was pretty hard but I would recommend it if your committed.
